After Supermodel Miranda Kerr revealed the secret to her flawless skin was creating a steam bath and infusing green tea leaves in boiling water, many people have been trying to do the same! Today, I'm going to teach you exactly how you can do it at home and achieve flawless and glowing skin just like her!

Green tea has numerous health benefits. We consume green tea as we know it improves our complexion, delays aging signs, cures acne problems, reduces dark circles, flush out toxins from our system, etc! But did you know green tea leaves can be incorporated in our beauty routines too?

Orange is a well-known skin brightening agent that is rich in Vitamin C. Oranges also contain a slight amount of Vitamin A that improves blood circulation and whitens skin. The Vitamin E that exists in oranges also shield our skin from UV damage.

For those with oily skin, scars or skin blemishes and pigmentation, oranges contain anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties that makes it so effective for treating scars and blemishes. Like green tea, oranges are so beneficial to our health when consumed, but when applied directly onto our skin, its skin lightening effects are even more obvious!
Today, I'm going to incorporate both green tea and orange into an amazing green tea face mask that is suitable for all skin types! If you're wondering how to lighten your skin and make your face glow, this cheap and natural green tea mask will get you there in a heartbeat! :)

What You'll Need

1. Orange

2. Raw Milk (or Sugar-free Milk)

3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4. Honey

5. Green Tea Leaves

6. Wheat Flour


1. Remove the green tea leaves from its sachet and pour them into a bowl

2. Add boiling water

3. Add 2 tablespoons of honey

4. Add a generous amount of milk

5. Mix well

6. Add a bowl of wheat flour into the mixture

7. Add a dash of extra virgin olive oil

8. Stir well and let the mixture cool

9. You can use it immediately, or even refrigerate and use it within the next 3 days

10. Slice an orange into half and use it as a body scrub to remove dead cells and impurities

11. Massage it gently over your entire body, especially your arms and legs

12. Then apply the mixture generously over your entire body as well

13. Massage and let it rest for the next 20 minutes

14. Take a clean shower and you're done!

15. Feel free to do it TWICE a week.
