Most of you may not be familiar with Radish benefits for the skin or understand what are radishes good for. All I can say is.. you're missing out!

Firstly, the main component of Radish is water, hence it is extremely hydrating for our skin. Secondly, the high fiber content present in radish helps flush out all the harmful toxins from our body, resulting in a clearer complexion. Thirdly, radish contains Vitamin C and antioxidants that help prevent skin diseases and inflammation. Blended raw radish can even be used topically on our skin as a facial cleanser as it has amazing disinfectant abilities that can heal bites, stings, pimples, acne, and all kinds of skin disorders!

And today, we will be incorporating Radish in our sun spot removal regime to remove and prevent those ugly white spots from forming on our faces!

As we cannot completely avoid sun exposure in our everyday lives, our skin is prone to sunspots if we're not careful. Sunspots arise from frequent sun exposure. These white spots can be worrying as they are almost impossible to rid unless you undergo expensive laser treatments.

But today is your lucky day as I'm going to show you exactly how to get rid of them and make sure they never come back!

With that said, you must also do your part in minimizing sun exposure by carrying an umbrella when you're out and avoid direct sun exposure activities like sunbathing, etc.

Enough said, let's begin! :)

What You'll Need

1. Lemon Wedge

2. Honey

3. Sugar-free Yogurt

4. Radish

STEPS

1. Chop off the ends and remove the skin of the radish

2. Slice the peeled radish into thin coins

3. Squeeze the lemon wedge into a bowl of honey and mix well

4. Use a fork or sharp tool to poke holes on the surface of the radish coins

5. Place a few of them in the bowl of honey mixture

6. Place the remaining in the yogurt

7. Lay down and place the honey-dipped coins around your eyes, and the yogurt-dipped coins all over the rest of your face

8. Let it sit for the next 20 minutes

9. Wash off completely, pat dry, and you're done!

Do this TWICE a week, especially on days after being out and about in the sun!
