What You'll Need

1. Oatmeal

2. Coffee Powder

3. Coconut Oil


1. Add a bowl of oatmeal into boiling water

2. Stir well

3. Lower the heat and continue stirring

4. Add 1 tablespoon of coffee powder. Mix well.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix well.

6. Pour the mixture out and let it cool down.

7. Pour a generous amount on your knees and massage.

8. Do the same for your elbows.

9. Leave it on for 20 minutes and when it feels dry, wash off completely.

Perform this TWICE a week and you will notice a significant difference after doing it a few times! :)
