STEPS

1. Skin a small, fresh ginger completely

2. Slice the ginger into thin pieces

3. Smash each piece with a heavy object

4. Place them into a cup

5. Pour boiling water in

6. Add a tablespoon of honey and mix well

7. While its hot, drink a glass a day, anytime you're on your period and in pain!
