Black beans


1. Grab 3 handfuls of black beans

2. Wash them thoroughly

3. Place them into a pan on High heat

4. Stir till you smell the aroma from the beans

5. Pour the cooked beans into a pot of water, and Boil

6. Once it is boiled, lower the heat and let it simmer for the next 45 minutes

7. Drink 2 glasses a day, preferably before meals!

Bonus Tip: If you have any leftover cooked black beans and do not wish to waste them, create an easy black bean face mask with it! Simply mix an equal ratio of milk with the beans (i.e 2 tablespoons of milk with 2 tablespoons of cooked beans) then blend/smash till they turn blended. Apply on your face and let it rest for 15 minutes, then wash off completely!
